2. Service Estimates & Project Agreements

  • Quotes and Estimates: All verbal or written project estimates provided through our Site or representative channels are informational and non-binding until confirmed in a signed formal contract or agreed quote.

  • Scope Changes: Any modifications or additions to agreed-upon project work may incur additional costs and require an updated written agreement.

  • Property Access & Authorizations: Clients are responsible for ensuring that Imperial Land Service has lawful access to the property and necessary permits or property line clearances required to perform requested work.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
